I, Pat Holt, never learned to draw as a child. How well I recall Fridays in 4th grade – ugh!  It was ART DAY! The well meaning teacher would pass out a blank piece of construction paper, tell the class to get out our crayolas and make a picture!

Oh NO!

I had no skills, and there was no further instruction. To make matters worse, I was seated next to a budding Rembrandt!  With great zest and confidence, he began to draw something wonderful – every single Friday!

In spite of these early experiences...
