My kids (and I) have been using this art curriculum for about 6 months now and we LOVE it!
I got the first DVD in Art Class as a give-a-way, tried it, loved it, bought the set.
I recommend it without reservation. (Posted on 1/22/12) - Art Curriculum Completed Review by luvart
- No need to look further. Art Class is an invaluable tool for homeschool parents looking for assistance in making their overall curriculums well rounded. (Posted on 1/22/12)
- Value of Art Class Review by Parent/educator
- As a parent and an educator, I understand the incredible assistance and value found in Art Class. A full year of art instruction with minimal art supplies needed and priced affordably. . . what more could you ask for? Also teaching art while integrating Biblical messages into each and every lesson makes this project so personally fulfilling. (Posted on 1/22/12)
- Love the price Review by cheapskate
- After looking at art courses available for homeschoolers, I was thrilled at the price of this one. It's a fraction of the cost of the others, and - the teaching is better. I'm sold! (Posted on 1/22/12)

- These lessons are perfection for the homeschool mom. You get the materials, you put on the DVD, and Pat Knepley takes it away. Sometimes I watch, but most of the time I do something else - hooray! It's a win-win situation . (Posted on 1/22/12)

I checked out several art curriculum options. Some are too expensive. Some are too secular. Some don't make sense.
I also read blog reviews. They helped a lot, so I bought ART CLASS series.
At first I thought the lessons were too short/too basic for my kids - 7,9,11, but - we rolled through the first 3 lessons all at once. When we hit lesson 4 - the shoe - I knew we'd all be learning a lot, and we have.
In fact, some lessons require our watching them several times until we all learn the skill. That's OK with me. (Posted on 11/6/11) - Big surprise Review by dadidit

Our family was at the Greenville convention. By the time we bought everything on our list, the money was gone. That's when we saw this curriculum. After thoroughly checking it out, I felt it would be perfect for our 'gang' of 8.
We left without the curriculum.
Three months later - for my birthday , my dear husband surprised me and the kiddos with the entire 9 DVD set.
I cried.
Now we're learning to draw as a family and have a master artist come to visit and teach about once a week. (Posted on 11/5/11) - Works for me and my family Review by pqs
- I like these drawing lessons. I put them on when it fits into my homeschool schedule. Sometimes we watch several at one time. I also like them because the teacher opens her Bible in every lesson. (Posted on 11/5/11)
- No worries about teaching art Review by whynot

Master artist Pat Knepley is a superb teacher. She keeps my 4 kids - ages 6,8,10,12- interested and learning.
I could never afford to provide this quality of art teaching for my children if I had to find a teacher and find the time to drive here or there.

I've always had a fear of drawing. It seemed you had to have a special talent. I don't have it.
Now I'm learning to draw right along with my kids. Why?
Because Pat K makes it fun, easy, and we all experience success. (Posted on 11/5/11) - Welcome to my home! Review by funmum

I can't afford drawing lessons, and have 2 kids - a boy and a girl - who God has gifted with art ability.
Master art teacher Pat Knepley is an answer to prayer for our family.
She's not only a great teacher, but obviously loves the Lord, and relates to children with warmth and enthusiasm.
Welcome to my home, Master artist Pat Knepley! (Posted on 11/5/11) - Finally - My Kids Can Learn to Draw Review by wonderwhy

I know I can't teach art. I've wasted a lot of money buying workbooks to try to help them learn to draw. They don't want another workbook.
I want a Biblical worldview with everything I use. That's why I homeschool.
This program has it all. I assemble the materials, turn it on, and let Pat K. teach.
